As Senior Innovation Program Manager for the New Ventures team, Zehmina will be supporting the oversight, delivery, and execution of multiple programs, working collaboratively with post-secondary institutions, private organizations across Canada and emerging startups and innovators. She will oversee the implementation of the Startup Visa Program, a program approved by the Government of Canada to target immigrant entrepreneurs with the potential to build businesses in Calgary that are innovative, create jobs for Canadians and can compete on a global scale. She has a passion for orchestrating collaboration, stakeholder engagement, influencing alignment in diverse and uncertain environments and accelerating the advancement of innovation in Calgary.
