I’m deeply passionate about helping changemakers turn bold ideas into real-world impact. I had the great joy of transforming a classroom project into Impact Toolbox, a digital incubator that now supports over 6,000 changemakers across 65 countries in building social enterprises that are both sustainable and deeply impactful. If you’re are looking to bring your vision to life, I’m here to help. I specialize in helping early-stage ventures find strategic and impact clarity, align their products with real-world problems, and build strong foundations for product-market fit. I’m especially good at weaving social and environmental impact into the DNA of a business–creating models that attract investors, resonate with communities, and drive meaningful change. With over 11 years of experience, I’ve worked on projects in youth development, healthcare, and education, and consulted for many small businesses and large organizations. I currently serve as Head of Common Foundations at the Common Approach to Impact Measurement. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery, a Master’s in International Development and Policy from the University of Chicago, and completing my Ph.D. at UBC. Whether you’re trying to turn your research into a social venture, build an impact strategy, or measure your outcomes in a way that’s simple and evidence-based, I’d be honoured to work alongside you.
