As the Senior Paralegal and Contracts Manager, Lisa works alongside the General Counsel and provides legal support and services to Innovate Calgary’s departments in relation to a wide range of matters, focusing on intellectual property and technology-based commercial transactions and start-up technology companies.
Lisa has over 20 years of experience in the legal industry, including law firms, oil and gas, and software companies in the areas of company and subsidiary management, compliance, board meetings, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, stock option plans, and real estate transactions.
