Primary industry: Technology | Secondary industry: Communication
I’ve led growth and marketing at several high-velocity early stage startups, working across B2B, consumer, and deep tech/dev-focused orgs. Currently I run Nocturnal People, a small studio consulting primarily with startup founders. Most of our recent work has been for US-based AI and energy industry clients. Previously, I led growth at Input Logic, a design and development studio that built and launched software for customers like the US State Department, NYU, and Consumer Reports. Before that I led growth at Blume, a VC-backed Gen Z focused ecomm startup. Together we grew annual recurring revenue from 6 to 8 figures in one year. Prior to that, I led marketing at PressReader, a high growth media tech startup. During my time there, we grew from 100K to 10M MAUs, and landed major deals with partners like Air Canada and Cathay Pacific.
I can help you with narrative and brand strategy, positioning, go to market strategy, building your profile as a founder, dialing in your pitch, hiring marketers and designers, landing enterprise deals, expanding internationally, preparing for major product launches, and more. Basically, I specialize in helping startups get traction during the wild and messy zero-to-one launch phase. I’m especially passionate about helping technical founders tell great stories about technically complex products.
