With over two decades of experience in North American food manufacturing, Jasleen brings deep expertise in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. She has built her career translating complex CFIA, SFCR, FDA, GFSI, and SQF requirements into practical systems that ensure product safety, operational efficiency, and brand integrity.

As a senior quality leader at Quality Cheese Inc., Jasleen partners with R&D, regulatory, and operations teams to align process capability with market and compliance goals. Her leadership has supported successful product launches with major retailers, including Costco, Walmart, and Loblaws.

Previously at Gay Lea Foods Cooperative Ltd., she led QA and QC programs across multiple facilities, earning “Excellent” SQF ratings for sixteen consecutive years and guiding new plants through certification and market entry.

A University of Waterloo graduate in microbiology, Jasleen combines scientific rigor with hands-on industry insight. Passionate about helping startups navigate food regulations and build scalable quality systems, she also mentors women and newcomers in STEM.
