Drawing on experience co-founding several companies, Ian applies start-up energy to transformational change for social impact ventures. This includes expertise in managing complex product design and UX projects, strategic planning, ideation & prototyping, impact measurement, workflow optimization, and organizational transformation — all grounded in the belief that thoughtful, empathetic design can support and enable change within complex systems. Ian also represents the deep skills and experience of the broader Structured Abstraction team, drawing on partners to advise on: building and managing software development teams; technology feasibility studies for complex projects; optimizing and automating business processes, organizational transformation and more.
