Colin is a seasoned food science/business professional with 40+ years of food experience in the largest food companies in Canada. He has worked in diverse food categories ranging from peanut butter, natural and processed cheese, whipped toppings, baking mixes, drink crystals, frozen pie and tart shells, meat pies, frozen potato products, canned meats and processed meats. He has led teams responsible for product and process development, cost containment and reduction in all of the aforementioned categories. His budgetary responsibility has ranged from $1 to $3MM with teams of 5 to 20 food science professionals. Colin also has significant involvement in the safe design of meat products and other food systems.
