Angie Redecopp worked for 10+ years in Calgary with two of Canada’s largest corporate law firms. Angie has worked with a range of clients, from start-ups to public companies, from oil & gas to tech companies. Angie then went on to work with an international human rights NGO and taught a business program focused on “responsible business”. Now Angie works out of her own small law firm, focusing on start-ups and small and medium-sized businesses. She provides traditional legal services on starting up, day-to-day and transactional legal needs, as well as advises on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices. Angie has designed her practice around up-front pricing, accessibility and simply making the process of using legal services easier, while still delivering top-quality products and advice.
