I am a seasoned operational expert who, in the last 12 years, has built 2 large healthcare organizations in East Africa. As the Chief Operations Officer, I built a chain of over 50 private outpatient medical clinics. As the Chief Executive Officer of East Africas largest private retail Pharmacy network, I built a network of over 150 Pharmacies. I have been an executive member of the Board, leading the expansion of these entities, developing the strategy and managing the operations to deliver top line revenue and EBITDA.
My prior management consulting experience also spans across various sectors including agriculture, dairy, manufacturing, healthcare, education and private equity. Within these sectors, I have been involved in advisory services for corporates and SMEs, including hands on work in operational restructuring, conducting due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, business process re-engineering, and company turn around.
As a Consultant, I currently advise SMEs on all operational aspects of their companies, and I am a mentor for various CEOs. I work with the C suite teams, brainstorming issues, and arriving at solutions that boost creativity, improve operations, and lead to increased revenue and profitability. I also assist to open new international markets, to help diversify the business.
