Dr. Poll trained in Urology at the Mass General Hospital. He practiced Urology, laparoscopy, and robotic surgery for 22 years. Wayne has started and operated several companies, including ventures in medical devices, therapeutic ultrasound, and clinical research.
Dr. Poll has served as Chief of Surgery and Chief of Staff for OhioHealth and served on the Board of Directors.
