Beena is a Principal Consultant of The Sector Inc. and brings over 15 years of management consultant experience within the health, social services, public and private sector practices of IBM, Deloitte and Ernst & Young (EY). Her diverse experience is reflected in her broad skillset including project and program management, analytics, strategic and business planning, evaluation and monitoring, process design, resourcing models, organizational functional design, complex stakeholder consultations, executive-level decision-making, strategic partnering and business development.
Beena is passionate about improving social outcomes, building strategic and collaborative partnerships, demonstrating outcomes-based value and securing program sustainability. Organizations that she has worked with include provincial health and human services ministries and authorities, hospitals, federal government, municipalities, community care and home care agencies, private care providers, NGOS, and advocacy groups. She has also worked with many social enterprises and socially purposed start-ups in carefully assessing their business needs to determine appropriate solutions that would build capacity to scale them for organic growth and investment readiness. Beena has been accountable to impact investors on program metrics and impacts for the results of the accelerator/incubator programs.
