Innovation Intake Form

This form is to be completed by University of Calgary members (students, staff, faculty) to disclose a project, innovation, or discovery created during their time at the University of Calgary. By submitting this form, you are seeking support to explore knowledge mobilization and commercialization services available for research dissemination.

To commercialize discoveries researchers can:

1. Engage the services, including full management and financial support, of the University’s innovation and commercialization service provider, Innovate Calgary, or
2. Proceed independently, utilizing their own resources, by completing certain documents through the Research Services Office.
