Join Collectively Tangled for a hands-on, reflective exercise designed to help us genuinely check in—with each other and ourselves. We all contribute to the culture of our workplace, so that means we’re all responsible for it, too. No matter the size of the team you’re leading or a part of, the ability to genuinely check in is essential for building a healthy culture and sustaining it over time.
You’ll learn how to listen with curiosity (not solutions), acknowledge the hard within the good, and recognize when a supportive referral to professional mental health care might be the next step.
