This month, we’re thrilled to have Bill Zheng join us for some behind-the-scenes storytelling of RadiCare. RadiCare supports folks experiencing employment barriers due to mental health concerns, homelessness, poverty, criminal justice involvement, and more with opportunities to earn a living and gain new skills. During the event, Bill will reflect on his journey as a founder and RadiCare’s approach to removing barriers to employment.

About the speaker:
Bill is the Managing Director of RadiCare Ventures, a certified social enterprise that addresses the impacts of social disorder through specialized cleaning and trauma-informed security alternatives. Outside of RadiCare, Bill is a third-year nursing student at the University of Calgary and a recent graduate of the Research to Social Innovation Incubator (R2SI) program through Innovate Calgary. Bill also has three years of experience working in the frontline homeless, addiction, and public safety sectors. Bill’s approach to social innovation is to be adaptable and meet the needs of the community, and he strives to find ways to make sustainable social innovation possible.
