About Charles Buchanan
Charles Buchanan is the Founder and CEO of Technology Helps. As an innovator and visionary, he has a distinguished history in corporate technology leadership, management consulting, and entrepreneurship. Charles has founded and worked with numerous technology companies in diverse areas such as online gaming, fintech, and environmental protection.
Charles is a passionate contributor to the community, serving on various non-profit boards and committees, including Calgary Black Chambers (co-founder); The Common Approach to Impact Measurement; Momentum; Black Business and Professional Association; Grant Committee at Calgary Foundation; entrepreneur mentor at Venture Mentors Service of Alberta (VMSA.
He holds an MBA from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University and a B.Sc. (Hons) in electrical and computer engineering.
This event is hosted by the Social Innovation Hub, a place where social innovators can get the support they need to scale and grow their businesses in a community of like-minded individuals. This event was created based on feedback we got from our community about needing support with cyber security and is open to members and non-members of the hub.

The Social Innovation Hub is located on the second floor of the Alastair Ross Technology Centre. Parking is available for $9 a day. The Hub is also a 10 minute walk from the Brentwood C-Train Stations.
