Energy, in a human context, is our capacity to do work, play, be creative and connect with others. But when we don’t deliberately manage our energy, we limit our ability to perform at our best and even risk burnout.

In today’s fast-paced world, burnout impacts everyone – individuals, teams, organizations and even society. Burnout is a complex challenge, but the solution isn’t as easy as working less or implementing ‘tips and tricks.’ However, a simple shift in how we approach our work and life – moving from a narrow view of ‘time management’ and expanding to include and focus on energy management – can make all the difference.

This two-part workshop series will equip you with practical tools and techniques, used by thousands of professionals and entrepreneurs, to develop your ability to manage your energy. You will uncover what is draining your energy, create simple habits to restore and protect it, and explore sustainable strategies to expand your capacity. By the end of the program, you will walk away with a new understanding of how you perform at your best and tangible practices to enhance your resiliency, productivity and overall well-being.

How it works

This will be a two- part workshop series that builds on top of each other. You don’t have to attend both, but we highly recommend that you do in order to get the most out of the experience. The first workshop will take in-person at the Social Innovation Hub and the second workshop will be delivered online via Zoom.

Workshop 1: In-Person at SIH- Monday, April 30th, 2pm – 3:30pm

Workshop 2: Online over Zoom- Monday, May 14th, 2pm – 3:30pm

Coaching Support

There will be a limited number of free coaching sessions available to those who participate and complete both the first and second workshop. This is an opportunity to receive valuable one-on-one attention from one of the facilitators to help you improve how you manage your energy and prevent burnout. More details will be shared during the program.
