Stephanie is an award-winning champion of social impact who has been building businesses for 25 years. After 10 years of marketing and brand consulting, in 2006 she founded Respect for the Earth and All People (REAP) Business Association which grew into a vibrant community of 150 local businesses that collectively represented $21 billion to Alberta’s economy, 5500 jobs, $25 million in charitable donations, and millions of tonnes of waste and CO2 diverted each year. In 2020, REAP merged with Thrive and, under new leadership, the combined community continues to grow as the Be Local Network. Now Stephanie helps organizations scale social impact through program collaborations, social procurement, market development, branding, and accessing values-aligned capital.
