Mandy is a reformed commercial lawyer and molecular biologist, and serial entrepreneur and consultant who helps clients succeed by helping them understand their product-market fit, strategic opportunities for growth, and commercializing research. Mandy helps clients (particularly in health tech) with growth and innovation strategy – whether internally through employee engagement or externally through product – market fit, new idea vetting, accessing new markets or attracting their ideal customer.

With a B.Sc. (Biology) from Memorial, LL.B. from Dalhousie, and a Masters of Technology Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the Sobey School of Business at SMU, Mandy applies her education and work experience to improve healthcare. She loves to talk about design thinking, health and medtech, innovation strategy, growth, and experience design.

Mandy is the past Entrepreneur-in-Residence for Bounce Health Innovation, and is currently the Vice-Chair of the Newfoundland and Labrador Innovation and Business Investment Corporation and a trustee of the Canadian Museum of Nature.
