At Evolution, he helped grow it from 5 to 130 employees, build a patent portfolio of 700+ filings – with his name on over 440 – and achieve annual revenues over $30M USD before selling in 2021. Justin’s expertise lies in developing products & processes; driving projects from concept to commercialization; and capturing the value of the intellectual property developed along the way.
