Diane Harms is a results-focused leader with over 20 years’ experience in change and project management, growth, and innovation initiatives. Always passionate about entrepreneurship, Diane’s career has focused on opportunities where she can support and nurture companies by providing advice and pathways to investment. Over the course of her career, Diane has raised over $72 million of investment for various clients and most recently managed a portfolio of over $75 million dollars of investment at Protein Industries Canada, one of Canada’s Global Innovation Clusters. Seeing ideas blossom into commercial realities and helping others achieve success fulfills her core values of integrity, courage, adaptability, vision, and impact.

Diane is especially proud of the ongoing impact of initiatives she has led and supported, including Startup Lloydminster, Decentralised Energy Canada’s community energy generation program, applied research at Lakeland College, the Alberta Regional Innovation Network, and numerous small businesses that she has worked with throughout her career.
