As the Senior Manager, Operations, for the Social Innovation Hub, Aubrey Soulliere leads the execution of SIH administrative, financial, and operational implementation, as well as supports the team toward success. Her work focuses on the development of operational plans, managing deliverables and budgets, strategic partnerships, and key relationships including Resident Program Partners.
Aubrey is a brand specialist with over a decade of team and operations management, event planning and customer engagement experience. She was a leader in hospitality, managing the hotel front office and planning large-scale events. Before joining Innovate Calgary, Aubrey was part of the Hunter Hub for Entrepreneurial Thinking, leveraging her operations skills in creating common procedures, coaching and developing colleagues, as well as amplifying standards based on stakeholder experience and metrics analysis.
Aubrey has a passion to engage in meaningful connections and translate these conversations to elevate operational productivity. She plans on focusing her efforts on ensuring that every interaction at the Social Innovation Hub is memorable and friendly.
