Todd joined Cenera in 2020 and is the Manager of HR Advisory Services. With over 20 years of progressively senior experience in HR, Todd has worked closely with Senior Executives to enable organizations to have HR at the leadership table as part of the solution, rather reacting to situations. Todd is very effective at supporting organizations and individuals through transitions, providing them with the resources and expert guidance that they need.
Todd has a proven ability to provide critical support in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that achieve business results. He is known for his excellent skills in human capital management, negotiations and performance management.
Todd earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiological Sciences from University Nevada in Las Vegas. He also holds a Labour Relations Certificate from Queen’s University in Ontario.
Locally, Todd is involved in with the Springbank Minor Hockey Association and serves on the Board of Directors for the Northwest Community Athletic Association. He is aligned with their goal to give young athletes an opportunity to learn good sportsmanship and develop good character.
