Rhea Kachroo


As the Innovation Manager for Clinical and Social Innovation, Rhea works on Innovate Calgary’s social innovation portfolio. Rhea supports outreach, business development and company creation for innovations derived from clinical and community-engaged research. Rhea also supports UCalgary students and faculty to create scalable social impact, guiding them through the entrepreneurial process and brokering connections with on-campus and community resources, insights, and networks. Rhea is also responsible for new program design to support social innovators. She is focused on bringing social innovation, human-centered design, and community-engaged research together to create and scale social impact.
