Ling Bai has a Master of Environmental Engineering and Bachelor of Environmental Science Degree from the University of Calgary. She also just completed dual MBA from Cornell University and Queens University. She has 10+ yrs experience working for engineering and energy companies. Ling’s area of expertise are regulatory compliance, emission reduction, ESG, sustainability, product management, and commercialization.
As a managing partner of VL, Ling owns, maintains and strengthens partner relationships; create and manage partnership goals; forecast revenue targets. Technically, Ling leads review and strategically plan for federal, provincial environmental regulatory compliance permitting and reporting. Ling support and resolve integration in environmental risks and energy efficiency; serve as the regulatory compliance expert for internal operational teams and external regulators. Ling help clients develop corporate as well as joint venture partners’ sustainability and policies internally with engineering, operations, production, and executives to ensure the compliance and reputation, especially for Environment, Social and Governance (ESG)
