Research Transition Facility
Developed to assist University-based entrepreneurs incubate new ideas and discoveries, the University of Calgary’s Research Transition Facility (RTF) offers a variety of office, wet lab and dry lab space for startup companies. The space is located adjacent to the main campus in both the University Research Centre and the Alastair Ross Technology Centre.
Managed by a committee that includes representatives from the University of Calgary’s Research Services, Real Estate Leasing and Land Holdings, and Innovate Calgary, the program offers attractive lease rates and subsidies for priority tenants.
