The Alastair Ross Technology Centre’s north building features a total of 60,000-sq-feet while the south building features 54,000-sq-feet.  Modern office space starts at 150-sq-feet.

Tenants and Corporate Identity clients at the ARTC have full access to our 6,000-sq-foot Business Link at no extra cost.
Business Link services include:
  • Meeting and conference rooms
  • Audio visual and conference equipment
  • Administrative equipment and support including colour copier, fax, scanner, shredder and paper recycling (nominal fees apply for some services, i.e. photocopying)
  • Secure wireless hotspot and visitor Internet café  
  • Lifestyle amenities such as showers and change rooms
  • Atrium for casual meetings and small events
  • Reception desk staffed from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Fridays
  • Ample visitor parking
Choices Café, located on the main level of the ARTC, also offers on-site catering for meetings and events.
