Host your Next Event at the ARTC

Tenants and Corporate ID clients are welcome to host their special events on-site at the Alastair Ross Technology Centre (ARTC):
  • Boardrooms 2/3 – Up to 50 guests
  • Main floor atrium, lobby and business link – Up to 300 guests
  • Second floor Plus 15 (overlooking the Green Roof) – Up to 75 guests
Catering and all other arrangements are to be made by the client, however ARTC staff is available to offer suggestions and provide contacts for suppliers and vendors if needed.

Before making any special arrangements with outside vendors for entertainment, audio visual and lighting, catering, staging, tables/chairs, etc. please discuss them well in advance with the Manager of the ARTC in order to ensure fire and safety regulations are not violated, and to ensure that they do not interfere with regular building operations.

You are encouraged to discuss your event planning decisions with management throughout the process in order to ensure your ideas can be implemented within the constraints of the venue.
