Innovate Calgary, TEC Edmonton, and Rocket Builders have teamed up to help technology companies develop the skills needed to maximize successful execution in market entry, product launch and growth. This four month program combines mentorship and applied learning through the delivery of seminars, webinars, sessions and assignments to deliver outcome-based processes to capitalize on market opportunity.

The Go-To-Market Program includes:

Learn to refine your market strategy through the use of channel partners, customer validation, competitive analysis and revenue targets.
 
Leveraging Channels to Market: Selecting Partners to Scale Up Access to Markets
Identify how to; leverage channel partners, determine key criteria for partner evaluation, and the key steps in joint sales and marketing with partners.
 
Lead Generation Tactics: Leveraging Marketing Communications and Social Media to Create Effective Marketing Campaigns
Build a comprehensive communication strategy to engage prospective customers and partners. 
Examine various publicity and direct marketing methods that align with and provide the most value and results for your company.
 
Sales Method and Processes: Managing Sales Opportunities and Customer Relationships to Maximize Revenue
Learn how to design and implement the sales process through the understanding of “sales-ready” leads, pipeline management, buying influences, sales support and customer reference programs.
